The club ethos is to provide access to the river Lee, and encourage the tradition and sport of traditional Irish rowing with a bit of craic and beagáinín Gaeilge (a little of the Irish language)! There are over 150 members that make use of the club’s many currachs and naomhogs. We have an almost complete collection of the various types from the west coast of Ireland, from traditional working boats to the latest greatest racers!
