Video showcasing the learning aspects of food production through to end consumption on the ‘Plant to Plate Journey’.

We are highlighting the journey of planting and harvesting food to preparation in our café and then end distribution and consumption. The learning video features our various social enterprise projects delivered through The Cornfield Project & Calf Lane Kitchen with an emphasis on the learning opportunities for future participants engaged in the Calf Lane Kitchen Outside Catering Project (horticulture, food prep, serving customers, cleaning, events planning, driving, etc), with particular focus on those most marginalised from the workplace/economically disadvantaged.
